Change is hard both professionally, and personally. However, it is a necessary part of maturing.
Determining when, and how to change is when you decide this is for the betterment of your company or yourself. The leaders, the visionaries who can anticipate change, and implement seamlessly are the ones who gain market share, and the loyal support of their team and community.
Change is good, change is necessary, but not all Change is good if you do not understand WHY you are changing and how it will impact your business.
