As we continue to maneuver our way through this pandemic one this is for sure, things will never be the same, and this is not necessarily a bad thing.
The pandemic expedited many initiatives that were already in the works. Many times unless someone or something forces you to change you choose not to, and put your head in the sand hoping things change when you come out. This change was unavoidable and those who rapidly implemented strategies to survive are the ones thriving today.
You can and should adapt, epidemic or not, it is whether you have the courage to make the change needed.
How did you or your company change during this pandemic?
