Culture is one the main “Pillars” of establishing, building and growing a Brand who has an “authentic” following.
Many people talk about culture, but few understand what it takes to build and maintain a strong foundational Culture. Culture is a living, breathing thing that must be nurtured at all levels, and embraced on a daily basis. However, defining what your Culture is would be a good starting point for determining your company values. Values translated into to everything you do on a day to day basis.
Culture is a key ingredient to building a great brand that most will want, not have to, work for long term and brag about to others.
At LiquidMind #LiquidMindsite (www.LiquidMindsite.com) we are working with both established, and start up Brands in defining their Foundational Culture, and communicating this to all aspects of the Brand. Also, ensuring the engine is never turned off, and Advocates become part of the Culture as well.
Great article from Harvard Business Review on the differing Culture types..
