With the ever increasing use of technology across all functional areas, we need to assure that the inherit “creative value” that humans provide is brought into synergy with these technological advances.
This will be crucial, and critical as we continue evolve and adapt over time. Finding this balance within each company should be a primary initiative, as it removes barriers to both adoption and execution.
