Spreading an IDEA is a key ingredient to energizing the Product team to “Think Different”.
An IDEA must have an impact, significantly change our daily lives, be able to “draw down” and be commercially viable (price, positioning, audience, adoption). Now, not every idea will spread quickly, or be embraced initially, but that is the plan, if everyone understood what you were doing, then it is probably not Innovate, or needed. Put it into the Evolution bucket.
