Innovation Building Blocks…

by LiquidMind in Business 0 comments

Innovation is the great “buzzword” that has been thrown around to loosely, and those who are truly Innovative understand what it takes to execute and implement this strategy.

Innovation is mainly driven by those risk takers who are willing to blunt failure, and move on to the next experiment. These experiments will eventually provide success, or prove there is not a “better way”.   An inherent behavior of Innovators is not to play it safe, quite the opposite, they stay away from those who do not share the same belief and passion for finding a new way to disrupt a market, channel or product.

These “true” Innovators are few and far between, and why, as #HarvardBusinessReview has pointed out frustrates executives. Continuing to invest in those who are NOT true Innovators is also a definition of insanity. Do not expect different results, find someone whose bloodline flows with these characteristics.

At LiquidMind, #LiquidMindsite we work for some of the greatest brands on the planet, and proud to say most are proactively working with Disruptors. Those that want to leave their mark…
