Being a great Leader entails so much more than talent alone, you must be authentic, passionate, engaging, and compassionate.

With each of these traits, authentication is a common thread that separates true leaders from those who are just faking it, and eventually, it catches up with them.

Yes, talent is key, but being authentic is what unlocks someone getting on a path to true leadership. Being a consistently great Leader is being able to consistently provide a Vison, a path to the Future, and being a beacon to light the way for others to follow. This is a true measure of becoming a Leaders, one others will follow passionately and enthusiastically even though the road may be difficult. Being able to lead while others are in stress, will provide guidance for others to grow, and allow them to take the reigns for the next generation.
