Having a genuine passion for what you do, and collecting a paycheck is the holy grail for most.
For most it is quite the opposite, and why most are either dissatisfied or restless to venture out of their own. Most are in the former, but most would like to be in the latter. However, first, you are as happy as you choose to be, and second, starting a new business is always much harder than you had planned.
Define your passion, try to find a meaningful purpose at your current work, and strive to be excellent as whatever your path.
