Start ups…

by LiquidMind in Business , Social Media , Uncategorized 0 comments

Adaptability and Independence are Key traits when you are building a Start up team, and the two hardest to determine.

Start ups are a unique animal, and very few are cut out to succeed in this dynamic, ever changing environment. Being able to adapt, take on roles where you are needed, and adapting quickly to both the ups and downs with the revenue/profitability cycles.

I know firsthand, having started my own apparel brand, running it for 9 years and selling to a PE firm prior to joining Oakley. This was quite a ride, and your team is what makes it succeed or fail, and the ability to provide both Vision and Leadership.

These traits are invaluable, and needed in order to give yourself the best chances for success with a Start-up.

Enjoy the Ride !
