Stress, finding a way to reduce its impact on your Life both professionally and personally is always a difficult task, but you MUST make it a habit.
Reducing your stress is a choice, many times I find people are their own worst enemy. You have the ability to say, YES or NO, your choice. There are instances where this is difficult, but nonetheless if you have a plan, a process, and a goal in mind, do not get sidetracked with that which is not moving you closer.
In his 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen Covey provides a clear, definitive direction on what is important and what is not important, but it takes discipline.
Stay disciplined, stay true to your course, and you will reach your destination.
At LiquidMind #LiquidMindsite we have worked with our global brands to ensure they stay the course, and prioritize relative to what is important. Sidesteps are a given, but they must not be your path.
I also discuss this, along with many other strategic areas in my new Podcast, “The Visionary Chronicles” at the following sites…
