Team chemistry is a component, but you must be able to able to recognize the differing personalities, traits, and skillsets that when blended together maximize and output while having fun. 

Yes, having fun, if you have built this Dream Team, they are very confident in their abilities to achieve the Vision, but you must manage the personal side as well. They will exceed expectations if you provide the tools to succeed.

This must be blended with all the barriers and challenges leaders face on a day to day basis, but passion and compassion, along with having a plan for executing your Vision is a winning formula for managing a High Octane team successfully.
